I will be using it not only for college but for my artistic work. I think it is great because you are able to use apps and features that will allow to do much more and this is something useful not just for the email piece but for other things like notes, email, storyboards, artistry, etc. I think having an ipad is great.

I am planning to learn to draw through full screen apps. I want to be able to draw colorful images like Gilbert and George, containing symbolism that connects certain topics in our society.

I will use the pro to help advance my team. Having the larger screen and the pen (optional I know) to help coach my women's roller derby team. Having something like this on the sidelines of games and at practices will help advance us even further!!!

I am a graphic designer and use the Mac. I played around with the Apple Pencil in the Apple store and Wow! I would LOVE to use this with the photoshop app and other drawing apps. It's BIG and BEAUTIFUL, and that pencil is very accurate!

Looking forward to having a larger screen. Makes using 8.5x11 documents more natural, less squinting for me when using it for presentations! Also looking forward to the larger screen for multitasking 😊

I will use this iPad pro to win digital and graphic design contests, do free lance work, and pay for a dream wedding. I'm doing what I can with what I have but its not as portable as a tablet.

I'd be very interested in attempting to use this as a full-fledge laptop replacement. I spend a lot of time managing remote servers, would be fascinating to see how this could fit into and enhance those workflows. I don't think it could replace a laptop, but the experience would be worthwhile and educational--and fun.

As an interior designer, I'd like to use it for drawing a sketch using apple pencil, and while I'm drawing it will be great to use an app like pinterest/instagram to find inspiration. AutoCAD 360 is a must have app too.
Another great thing is, I also can present it to my client with its huge brilliant screen.

I have an iPad 3, iPhone 6, and a 4-year-old iMac, and I would love to have an iPad Pro. I am a technical writer by occupation and a memoirist by avocation - I have led a somewhat unusual and interesting life, and have been drawing on my experiences to write "stories from my life" for which there could be publishing possibilities. I have also been teaching myself Mandarin with electronic dictionaries, ebooks, and other resources on my phone, iPad, and Mac - the Mac OS and iOS environments are ideal for language learning, and I'm now working on putting together a Chinese reader. I have used my iPad extensively with an Amazon Basics keyboard, but I believe the iPad Pro with its much faster speed, multitasking, split screen, larger work area, and readily accessible keyboard would greatly expand my productivity.

I wrote an illustrated family history using Pages on my iMac and would like to experiment further with illustrated essays using the larger format and enhanced capabilities of the iPad Pro. And there's travel writing - we're headed for China again in February, and the iPad Pro would be ideal for compiling notes and impressions. On our last trip earlier this year I used my smaller iPad as my traveling computer/writing machine to keep an illustrated blog, including photos from my iPhone and Canon SLR - the iPad Pro would represent a quantum leap forward for such writing. I must commend Serenity Caldwell for her extremely intriguing impressions of using the iPad Pro as her sole computer for a week, plus Rene Ritchie's very helpful "video review" of the iPad Pro.
