How to set up multiple accounts on your Apple TV

That's great and everything... I've been looking forward to this for a long time. However, how do you share the content among the other users? All of our content (movies & TV shows) have been purchased on our "master account", but when we switch to any of the other users' accounts on the Apple TV, their library shows empty and there's no way to even navigate to "shared purchases"... Thoughts? This isn't really useful if you don't have access to the content you'd want to watch... (sure there are games, streaming apps, but what about everyone's ability to rewatch Endgame?)
