Which 10.5-inch iPad model should you buy?

The 10.5-inch iPad Pro and 10.5-inch Pad Airi aren't the same. Here are the ways they are different and which one you should buy.

I considered the iPad Air and read a review which suggested the iPad Pro 10.5" might be a better buy since it is available refurbished for less than a new Air. What sold it to me were the four speakers/acclaimed sound quality and the 120Hz display. The A10X processor seems to hold up very well and I know Apple's refurbished items are really as good as new.
