I don’t believe that’s the case. They are referring to “charter” members, i.e. people who signed up early to get this off the ground and as a result, will get lower monthly rates when the channel starts. There is still time to become a charter member according to the email I received today. Hope that clears it up. It has nothing to do with the cable company.
