I can’t seem to figure out how to download the update. It sends me to the App Store and it dead ends. Anyone else seeing this?

Go to the AppStore on your phone. If you have the app installed click on the updates tab and pull down to refresh (if your are on iOS 11) if you are on a lower version of the OS, tap the update button 10 times and the AppStore will reload.
