    Twitter announced it's testing out a new character limit for its service. In every language save for Japanese, Chinese, and Korean, users will have 280 characters to work with — up from 140.

    There are mixed reactions to this decision by Twitter ti increase the character count. The people supporting it believes that increasing the limit will enable people to express more. But people opposing it feels that it would endanger the basic character of tweets and would lessen conversation.
