Interesting there is no mention of AE/AF lock and adjusting exposure which I do on almost ever picture on the iPhone. The results are amazing and almost never post processing required. Issue with not using AE/AF lock is you don't know where the camera focuses truly is. Thus adjusting exposure will give you good results, at night and very bright conditions.
