Day One has become a disaster. I'm perfectly fine with premium app prices and paid upgrades but it's kind of surprising that Day One allegedly spent two years developing a brand new app that is missing a ton of core components from their original v1 "classic" version. First it seems that only people in the US are genuine users as the Celsius support is gone with all temperatures now only available in Fahrenheit. Even basic free apps have that support. Then photos from today widget that so many people used to rely on is also not implemented. DropBox and iCloud support was also removed, making the "classic" old version a far more complete and capable product. Their own cloud sync solution has been failing for hundreds of users, being mostly unreliable. Two years spent on just adding support for multiple photos (that should have been there from the start) and multiple journals while not even including basic functionality from the original app reaches borderline scam material to me. From an app that costs 40$ on Mac and 10$ on iOS that's just unacceptable. Pretty disappointed and that's reflected in many other voices online...
