The Apple Watch: So far so good, but the sky's the limit

The Apple Watch has already had a net positive effect on my behavior and my well-being. And that's with the device still being fairly limited because of its nascent operating system. WatchOS 2.0 is coming, and I can't wait to see the effect it will have.
