Verizon and Sprint will pay $158 million to settle FCC billing complaint charges

Verizon Wireless and Sprint have agreed to settle billing complaint charges filed by the Federal Communications Commission, which will include paying a combined total of $158 million. Most of that money will go towards customer refunds.
