    One of the Apple Watch's main features is its health-tracking abilities, and now companies like Anthem, Kaiser Permanente, and WebMD have announced updates for their mobile apps that will allow users to track their activity, keep in touch with healthcare providers, and receive health and wellness notifications right from their wrists.
