Today Automatic has announced that they are teaming up with Ford to offer an awesome connected car experience. Automatic's Link currently attaches to an OBD port of most newer cars, reporting back data to your smartphone like MPG, miles traveled and your own "driving score".
Through the partnership with Ford, Automatic users will be able to go above and beyond the built-in Sync system. Automatic will allow iPhone users to use their push-to-talk button to access Siri while driving, and also connected to services like IFTTT for creating some awesome automations.
