Apple's acquisition of Beats Electronics gets the all clear from the EU

The EU has reached a decision on Apple's acquisition of Beats Electronics, passing the deal through with the all clear. The $3 billion deal to purchase the Beats brand has been in the works for some time and will enable Apple to absorb not only the new (and fairly popular) music streaming service, but also an iconic family of premium headphones.

I have never used the Apple EarPods, their still in the box. I use my BOSE. I wonder if the Beats earbuds will be better than the Apple ones.
