Apple has seeded a new beta build of OS X 10.9.4 to its AppleSeed testers. The seed was posted for developers yesterday. AppleSeed testers who have their computers registered with the program can go into the Updates section of the Mac App Store to download the new build.

Better late than never, I suppose. Also, if you are a part of the AppleSeed test group, you are notified via App Store Updates and email when new updates are released, not to mention the fact that it?s all over Twitter and (most of) the Apple-centric blogs almost as soon as it happens. But 20 hours later or so is good, too.

Yeah seen it in my updates not installed yet. Hope that won't affect anything when the 10.10 beta comes to public ?

Obviously you cannot run two different beta versions on the same computer (at least in the same partition), but running the 10.9.4 beta should not preclude you from running the Yosemite (10.10) beta when it’s available to those who signed up for it.
