Jony Ive to completely lead software design group as VP Greg Christie prepares to leave Apple

Word has it that Apple?s design team is getting a shake-up under Jony Ive which will result in iPhone interface creator Greg Christie leaving the company. Ive apparently has taken control of everything related to software, and will be placing employees working on them alongside his industrial designers.

Jony has proven himself with his design expertise with Apple over and over in many different areas, Whatever the shakeup, I cannot think of anyone better to take over the core of the device - the software, The IOS and what makes the heart of the device work. Best of luck to you Jony.
