It wouldn’t surprise me if Google put in place a solid password authentication function. But being the most prolific recorder of user data (in all corporate history) deserves deserves prolific skepticism when it has anything to do with passwords/security.

I was a solid LastPass user until they changed their 'free account' policies. I've been using BitWarden across all of my devices for a couple years now and it's great. There is NO WAY in the world I'd give my passwords over to Google. May as well give them to Facebook while I'm at it because both would protect me so well. <rolls eyes>
