Apple nearly doubled its market share with the HomePod mini

According to new data from Strategy Analytics, Apple increased its market share to over 10% of the smart speaker market.

The iPod mini, as a pair, are great for a smaller TV room. I replaced an old sound bar with them. It needs a bit more bass but otherwise I’m happy especially as they were on sale.

With that said, new colors for Mini is presumably a good part of the reason for the Mini market share bump (and smaller manufacturers being unable to find parts). I didn’t think colors mattered that much. A Mini version 2 in different colors could bump it even more, presumably.
