New details about the internal battle going on at Apple over the company's work from home policy suggest that employees are divided over the suggestion of location-based pay cuts, and state that Apple is cracking down on Slack channels that aren't directly related to work.

From what I gather, other employees offered the suggestion. I highly doubt Apple will go that route.

Then Apple will start losing valuable employees.

Well, expendable employees.

I wish my company would offer a pay cut to work from home. I’d jump all over that.

If it wouldn’t affect my family bad in any way, I would jump all over that as well.
