Who are the two sources? One is “The Information” which requires an account to read their article. How are we supposed to independently verify the claims made by the iMore or “The Information”?

If having a Sign-In with Apple option is anti-competitive then so is sign in with Google and Microsoft.

Does anyone remember when Netscape was the browser of choice and then Microsoft embedded its Internet Explorer browser as part of the operating system which caused users, especially new users to simply use it instead of installing one made by a 3rd-party? Was that anti-competitive?

There is a difference. My question is if you leave iPhone, and go with Android, can you simply create new log in credentials for an app/account you used Sign in with Apple for on the iPhone. You can sign in with Google on any platform, but not sign in with Apple.

Isn’t it so that the 2fa code gets send to the known phone number on an android device, instead of as a notification to an Apple device?
