Judge backs Fortnite ban, but not action against Unreal Engine

In the first major ruling of Epic Games' lawsuit against Apple, a judge has said that Apple was within its rights to remove Fortnite from its App Store after the game breached payment rules, but that it cannot terminate developer accounts relating to the Unreal Engine or any other properties of Epic.
