    As a consumer, I cherish my RIGHT to make purchases on my own. It's the consumer's responsibility to understand exactly what they are purchasing, and any associated terms and conditions of said purchase! I deliberately sought out Apple, and it's App Store policies, because I wanted the security they offered. I do not want any government controlling my ability to do so.
