    Google hopes to make third-party cookies obsolete in the near future by introducing new standards like the Privacy Sandbox. As it does so, the company is also planning on removing support for them in its browser within the next two years.

    The above statement from the article lets me know that tracking will still occur. I’ve maintained for years that advertisers have no respect for and couldn’t care less about anyone’s privacy and preference to not be tracked, yet they want us to care about their desire to stay in business.
