    I certainly hope their allegations aren’t true. I doubt that Apple and Samsung managed to trick a smartphone radiation test...but still, one has to take this seriously and investigate.

    I think the test results need to be authenticated.
    If the levels are above federally approved levels, deemed unsafe, then it is certainly a problem. If the testing is flawed, they have nothing to worry about.

    Still, if it’s as something as serious as radiation limits and safety, you can’t immediately dismiss it as profiteering. Wait until the investigation has concluded.

    Absolutely, but law firms like FeganScott make their money from class action suits and by charging ridiculously high fees to participants. While anything related to public safety shouldn’t be dismissed these types of law firms are seeing dollar signs way ahead of making the world a better place.
