Lawsuit over AppleCare+ replacement devices is moving forward

A class-action lawsuit against Apple for replacing iPhones covered under AppleCare+ with refurbished models was moved forward today.

Not sure how I feel about that. Refurb is in better shape than the one you handed in. Either way you’re getting a used phone back for the one you turned in — unless you turned in a brand new one.

Curious to see how this turns out.
