    Recent earthquakes in Japan caused Sony to temporarily shut down its image sensor plants in Kumamoto and Nagasaki. One of those plants makes camera sensors for Apple's iPhone. However, the effects of Sony's shutdown are expected to be "limited" for production of the smartphone.
