iPhone SE prices start at $399 for 16GB, or free with two-year contract, orders start March 24

Apple announced that the new 4-inch iPhone SE will have a starting price of $399 without a contract and 16GB of storage, or $499 with 64GB of storage. People who buy the phone with a two-year contract will be able to get the 16GB version for free.
