Apple is doing absolutely the right thing here. Any kind of backdoor that can be exploited by the government, can also be exploited by an adversary. Backdoors would just put the privacy of innocent people at risk.

It is quite the irony that a company is protecting its customers from the prying eyes of a government.

Absolutely. Unfortunately the general public doesn't understand that opening a backdoor into an iPhone is opening Pandora's box so it turns into "Apple is supporting terrorism."

I was watching those [redacted] on Fox News last night talking about this very same thing. The called it grandstanding and everything else. Apple supports terrorism and will have the blood of dead Americans on its hands. I wanted to punch the tv.
