ESPN's president claims Apple has been 'frustrated' with its efforts to launch TV service

ESPN president John Skipper stated in a new interview that his sports TV network continue to have "ongoing conversations" with Apple on their own efforts to launch a TV service. However, he also claims Apple has been "frustrated by their ability to construct something which works for them with programmers."
