Makes no sense at all to me. I doubt seriously if night shift will help me sleep. It will, however, be easier on my eyes. And that's a big plus with me.

I typically fall asleep when my head hits the pillow. Easier on the eyes is good

I did better when I was still working. More exercise would work better than night shift. LOL
