iPad Pro, iPad mini 4 could debut next week, go on sale in November

A new report claims that Apple will launch two new iPads later this year; the iPad mini 4 and the long-rumored large iPad Pro. The report claims that Apple will begin pre-orders in October for both tablets, with a launch sometime in November.
