I would suggest Wthr Complete which gives me everything like Earthquake details, Tornado Warning with different map layers. It give me past 4 years average forecast for a particular day and I would be happy to buy it in just $1.99. Accurate weather forecast with very gesture based visualization.

3rd vote here as well....I have BeWeather on both my 5S and Air !! I've deleted all other weather apps I used to have too !!
