"Masque Attack" is the new name given to an old trick intended to fool you into installing malicious apps on your iPhone or iPad. At its core, Masque is nothing especially new or novel (most recently detailed by security researcher Jonathan Zdziarski), and it won't affect most people, but it's worth understanding to make sure, in the event you are targeted, you know how to avoid it.
