Handoff is part of iOS 8's new Continuity feature and lets you start a task on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac and pick up right where you left off on another device. Aside from a lot of Apple's own apps, developers have the ability to integrate Handoff support right into their own apps. Currently these are the best apps we could find for iPhone, iPad, and Mac that already offer great support for Handoff!
