    If you want to adorn your wrist with the secial 18-karat gold Apple Watch Edition smartwatch, be prepared to pay a hefty premium. While the Apple Watch will start at $349 as announced alongside the iPhone 6, the 18-karat model could cost around $1200 when it launches in 2015.
