iWork comes free with any new iOS device. If you don't have a new iOS device, the price to buy it is still cheaper and it works just as well. Its too late in the game for Microsoft.

Not worth the yearly subscription for me since I don't do a lot of word document creation or editing on my iPad. In a pinch, I can use Pages.

In my opinion Excel and Word are way better than Numbers and Pages.

The only iWork app that stands a chance when compared to Office is Keynote.

But I would never spend $99 a year for a subscription. Simply not worth it.
