Pros

1. Passcode protection
2. Easy / common sense layout
3. User Guide built-in
4. Highlight, stike-through and underline options
5. Bookmark option
6. Cropping feature
7. The ability to save a copy of the original prior prior to editing
8. Night mode
9. The ability to print from within the app
10. Sync to Dropbox, Google Drive, SugarSync, Box, SkyDrive, huddle and others
11. backup to iCloud
12. Built-in web browser
13. It can act as a Wi-Fi drive

Cons:
None, in my opinion.
