Constantly shows a red 3, like I have updates pending, but when I open it there’s nothing there. What am I missing?

Mine has a badge with 3 on it, too. Must be a bug. :concern:

I've had it happen before. It usually goes away after a day or so. How long has it been like that?

One person suggested this:

I solved this problem by going to Settings->App and iTunes Stores and turning off all Automatic Downloads. I then closed Settings and reopened the App Store. Then I closed that and went back and re-enabled Automatic Download for Updates. When I closed Settings my App Store badge was correct. Hope that works.

I just reset my phone after updating to the latest iOS 11 beta build that was sent out today. There's still a badge with 3 on it. :raised-eyebrow:

Try enabling and disabling restrictions for anything App Store related in settings, I think this will reset the App Store.

After trying that it now says 7 lol.
