Idk though it says imessage doesn't support chat rooms. Do you mean group chat? You can leave a group in details.
You can also mute the group using details then do not disturb, or block people. Also you can disable imessage entirely in iphone settings.

Imessenger is not a site, it's a program on the phone that allows for messages to be exchanges either via traditional SMS, or directly iOS device to iOS device (this includes iPads, iTouchs and Mac computers). Options you may have include reporting the cyber bullying to the police (have as much evidence as possible, that is do NOT delete the messages), software you can install on the child's device such as netnanny that helps you monitor, block and protect the child's device, and carrier options, which you would have to check with your provider about, but might include blocking all text messages (your child will hate you), blocking the person in question, etc.
