    Ok, so I went and deleted all the messages in iMessage for 1 contact. How do I get those messages back?

    The only way is to restore from a backup, if you have a backup from before you deleted all the messages

    Restore your device from a back up, or, if you are sharing messages on multiple devices, try another device.
