Clients often seek to arrange meetings via SMS or email messages.

I would like to respond with: Hi [client's first name, saved in message/email app], [option to thank them for the message or alternate saved greeting]. I'm available at [client suggested date & time, possibly copied from clipboard or somehow retrieved from client message]. [option to select appropriate signature or sign-off].

I'm very new to apps such as textexpander for iOS and Drafts etc and keen to learn but have struggled to find a complete solution I can copy then play with.

    Many thanks, Coogee Bolli.

Not sure if there's a way to do this easily or not...or if there is an app for that...it may take some time before someone that knows more tan I to catch the thread and reply...

I use Kuaiboard. It works great as a separate keyboard. It also uses the widget in the notification center. It's neat.
Just type a paragraph or something, save to clipboard. Or go in app and add it there. I have found this very useful.

You can also create a reply "template" via the native Notes app, and when you're ready to send it, just use the share function within the Notes app and then select to "email" it.

Works great for SMS & Email. ↑↑↑↑
But you have to go back and forth for each message.
