iMessage on steroids?
iMessage is great. I use it on my iPhone and even more often on my MacBook Pro. The ability to use in on my computer provides an easy way for me to communicate with my customers. But after speaking to about 50 customers, it becomes difficult to stay organized. Some conversations are finished and resolved, while others need following up. It would be great if there was an application I could purchase that would allow to flag messages, rate them, show highest rated first, etc. Does anything like this exist?
