Anybody ever iMessage another iPhone user and instead of it being blue it goes to green. And why does it do that?
It happens on Wi-Fi and over Verizon's network.

It means its going as a regular text message not iMessage. iMessage currently having issues.

FYI: iMessage & FaceTime have been unavailable for many users for most of today and while some users, myself included, are able to iMessage again, Apple's System Status page still indicate that problems still exist.

Yeah I just read it on imore. I should have checked out the site first.

Reasons where iMessage does not work:

1 no Internet connection
2 iMessage deactivated
3 service temporarily not available
Or
the message contains some bad notes about Apple or too good notes about Samsung.
This problem will be solved in iOS 7 when Apple automatically turns the content in a more positive note about it's own products.
