Trying to decide which used iMac to go with.

My work is updating computers and I can buy one iMac of choice. I mostly surf the web, use Microsoft Office and do video conferencing.
Choices are:
2017 21.5" 3.0 ghz quad core with 16 gb ram and 1tb Fusion drive. Has Big Sur installed. Six hund dollars

Late 2013 27" 3.2 ghz, with 32gb ram and 1tb SSD drive. 14,2. This model won't upgrade past Catalina. Six fifty dollars

I just bought the new M1 24. I bought the middle tear with the 16. it's fast very fast and I had no issues at all using final cut pro.
