I am trying to delete my Mail account because when I try to go to send mail it won't send. When I deleted my Mail account out of settings & tried to re-add it, it says this account already exists after putting in my info

Be sure you weren't trying to create a new account.

So I need to delete my iCloud account from within Settings & then re-add my account & then my iCloud?

I ended up deleting my iCloud account & then my mail account. Re-adding my mail account & then my iCloud account. It ended up working. Thanks for the links. Hopefully it will stay authenticated
