Is there a way to recover a deleted Shared iCloud Photo Album?

I did something really dumb and accidentally deleted a Shared iCloud Photo Album and didn't think I could get it back. I have a couple of devices that I haven't turned on recently and thought maybe there was a way to 'trick' it into keeping the Shared iCloud Photo Album around by quickly turning on the internet and importing a photo or two so it keeps it. I figured probably not and it is a lost cause, but I wanted to see if anyone else has found a way to do it.

Aren’t those photos also saved in the regular library anyway?

Have you looked in the Recently Deleted folder?

I found these instructions on Apple's Support site:

Recover deleted photos and videos

You can recover photos and videos you deleted in the last 30 days.

1-Go to Photos on iCloud.com.

2-Click Albums, then select the Recently Deleted album to view its contents.

3-Click Select Photos, then do one of the following:

Click Recover All​

-or-

Select the photos or videos you want to recover, then click Recover.​

Aren’t those photos also saved in the regular library anyway?

They are in library also, but I mostly wanted the different comments that my family posted on it.....

They are not in the Recently Deleted folder...I think that only shows up in they are the iCloud Photo Library not the Shared iCloud Library
