Printing from icloud

HI, how can I set up to print from icloud to a wireless (but not airprint) printer?

Are you trying to print via a computer or a smartphone/tablet?

if from a mobile device there’s probably an app that works with non airprint printers,for instance Epson have a fairly effective app,but it is a bit of a frig to set up.
