iCloud Notes not synching properly

Hello, so I've been having a problem recently since I bought my iPhone 7 Plus. I see that some notes that I write on it are not synching to either my mac and iPad and some are. The notes that I write on the Mac seem to synch with the iPad and the other way around, but not on the iPhone like it wasn't the same cloud. I tried to sign out and sign in again in all of the devices but it didn't help at all. I was wondering if any of you were having a similar problem?

Go to Settings > Notes and disable "On My iPhone" Account.

That way you're making sure all your notes created on your iPhone will be saved on iCloud.

Make sure any notes in "on my iPhone" are saved or copied to iCloud Notes.
