    I had my mini ipad wipped clean at an apple store, it was very busy and he changed my passwords, but I do not know the passwords for icloud or iTunes please help

    Welcome to iMore.
    You can try to have your passwords reset on appleid.apple.com, but you could also go back to the  Store and let them fix it for you because they changed your passwords.
