In reference to the announcement for mcOS Sierra iCloud enhancements:

Due to high cost of Mac Storage my Windows Machines have more Hard Disk Space.
For example some Macs come with 128GB but my Windows Machine may have 500GB.

Will I be able to sync all my files to my Windows Machines via the iCloud App and choose just specific files to my Mac since i don't have room for all of them.

I like the idea of accessing and downloading files as need on my Mac but then having full downloaded copies on my Windows Machines.

I think for sure you'll be able to go to the iCloud from your windows PC and access it via your browser, BUT I don't believe there will be full integration with the OS as in macOS. But you WILL be able to access and download your files via the browser, IE or Edge. (or whatever)
