iCloud lock.... is it possible to bypass?

I found an iPhone 5s on the train. Tried contacting owner but no luck. It is iCloud locked. Apple told me they can't help me. Any way to get through the iCloud lock to return the phone? The imei number is 013851004805199

Unfortunately no. Unless the owner of the phone had Find my Phone turned on and set to leave a message, you are out of luck with finding the owner.

From the lock screen, ask Siri "Who does this phone belong to?". You should see the contact card of the owner.

There's really no way around it, and sites that can be found by searching the net are scams. Bring it to the lost and found where you found the phone, or the police station.

This is your best bet -- if the info is set in the phone, Siri will tell you, even without unlocking it. #BestAnswer
